On a gas grill, the burners are the most important component, if they do not work, the grill does not work, and in most cases, you need a new grill. At JCC Outdoor Products – Wilmington Grill we use highly durable, 304 Stainless Steel burners. Our 304 Stainless Steel Burners are warranted for the life of the grill. That means the most important part of your grill will last a lifetime.
JCC Outdoor Products – Wilmington Grill warrants all other components of our grills to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of original purchase, except our 304 Stainless Steel Burners, which have a lifetime warranty.
During this period we will, at our decision, correct any defects by repairing or replacing the defective parts. Shipping and travel expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility.
JCC Outdoor Products shall not be obligated to repair or replace equipment that has been repaired by others, altered, or misused. Nor shall we be responsible for damages resulting from natural causes such as climatic conditions, salt spray or animals.
No other warranties, such as collateral damage, are expressed or implied. JCC Outdoor Products acquired the assets of the Wilmington Grill product line in May of 2011. The original manufacturer of the product line is no longer in business and are unable to cover their warranty claims.
